Sales Preview Center at Big Cedar

Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is a rustic timeshare resort in Ridgedale, Missouri located adjacent to Table Rock Lake and south of the Branson entertainment district. The resort's continued expansion and high volume of vacationers necessitated a modern upgrade to its marketing environment. MILES architecture group was chosen to lead the comprehensive remodel of the sales preview center, transforming the facility into a high-end preview space that blends functional workflows with the property’s signature Ozark wilderness aesthetic.

MILES architecture group and BRPH partnered to remodel the Sales Preview Center at Big Cedar Lodge. Inspired by the rich landscapes of the Ozarks, the new interior seamlessly brings the outdoors in. The design features earth tones, warm woods, rich leathers, and intimate lighting. Together, these elements create a casually inviting, "home away from home" atmosphere that establishes a true sense of place through authentic, naturally crafted details.

Spanning three fully reimagined floors, the design introduces newly crafted reception and concierge desks, bespoke sales partitions, and a striking wall mural crafted from local imagery. Throughout all levels, modernized hospitality bars and tailored seating zones are strategically placed to maximize the spectacular views.

Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) won the 2026 ARDA Award for Best Resort Design (Sales Center) for The Wilderness Club Preview Center Rebranding.
