Rosa Mexicano Restaurant

Rosa Mexicano is a destination born of a unique vision and offers an “elevated fiesta” deeply rooted in authentic Mexican cuisine, serving both beloved classics and sophisticated dishes in a stylish and festive atmosphere. Located in one of the most iconic locations in Walt Disney World, the acclaimed Swan and Dolphin Resort, Rosa Mexicano has a lively bar, festive dining rooms and warm Latin hospitality.

MILES architecture group in collaboration with ASD|SKY designed the transformation of the existing Fresh restaurant into this iconic Mexican dining experience.  The restaurant includes a bar and private dining room and features original colorful mural art throughout the space.  A main feature of the dining space is the signature “divers wall” element present in each Rosa Mexicano location.
