Rob White, III

Rob has over 23 years of professional working experience in several fields of design and engineering. He has been specializing in architectural and interior design for hospitality and resort projects for major brands such as Westin, Wyndham, and Marriott. Rob has extensive experience includes ground-up buildings, existing facility renovations, and historical preservation. Key projects in Rob’s portfolio include Westin St. Johns, Wyndham Margaritaville St. Thomas, Wyndham Tryp, Orlando, FL, and Epicurean Hotel Expansion, Tampa, FL.
Rob’s extensive experience allows him to develop creative design solutions for site master planning, programming, and overall building design. He enjoys open collaboration to establish strong relationships with both clients and consultants. These working relationships translate into developing creative design solutions which in turn lead to successful final products.
Upon receiving his drafting and design degree, Rob worked in various fields including industrial ammonia refrigeration, custom kitchen/closet design, and commercial millwork. In 2008 Rob returned to college to pursue a degree in architecture, ultimately earning his Master of Architecture degree from University of Florida in 2016, graduating at the top of his class with a 4.0 GPA. Rob has a passion for classic cars, live concerts, and sports. Outside of work he enjoys attending car cruise-ins, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
