With over 39 years in the building and construction industries, Tom Ray brings extensive experience ranging from project design and management to field operations and construction management. Tom’s design and construction experience covers a variety of projects from restaurant and bar renovations to resort properties and hotel renovations including hi-rise construction. Over the past 15 years, Tom has worked on the design side as a construction administrator and then as a project manager specializing in hospitality projects.

His vast technical knowledge of building construction provides him with great insight when it comes to renovation. In addition, Tom is an exceptional problem solver and team leader. His hands-on experience includes nearly a decade as a project supervisor in the craft shops of Walt Disney World and as a licensed building contractor.

Tom resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife and can often be found enjoying time with his many grandchildren. In addition, Tom enjoys tinkering and building various types of machinery as well as woodworking.
